Aimed at empowering youth with practical workplace skills, the programme places interns in a rotating schedule across a range of business functions over a period of months, blending structured learning with real-world exposure.

It is a 2-year internship and does pay a good salary at market rates. 

Programme Overview

Interns rotate through core departments, which may vary depending on location but generally include:

  • Administration
  • Human Resources
  • Finance (including debtors and creditors)
  • Imports and exports
  • Health & Safety
  • General business support

These rotations help interns develop soft skills and organisational insight. Participants receive monthly remuneration, attend regular training sessions and workshops, and are mentored by industry professionals—supporting potential progression into full-time roles upon successful completion.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Be South African non-graduates between 18 and 22 years old
  • Have completed Grade 12 (current final-year learners may apply with their most recent results)

  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
