Publicis Groupe Africa has opened applications for its Internship Programme, offering young South Africans the chance to gain hands-on experience in advertising, creativity, data and technology. This programme forms part of the organisation’s mission to nurture the next generation of talent and expose them to an integrated, data-driven and creatively led work environment.
Interns will gain practical experience, strengthen their creative and technical skills and contribute to solutions that support business transformation.
The programme is inspired by Publicis Groupe Africa’s core values. The organisation emphasises trust by committing to transparency and respect; talent by ensuring it remains a destination for top industry professionals; and transformation by encouraging bold, performance-driven ideas that help clients grow.
During the internship, participants will work with multidisciplinary teams, assist in developing marketing and digital solutions, take part in workshops and mentorship sessions, and apply academic knowledge to real industry challenges. They will also gain exposure to creative tools, data platforms and technical systems used across the Groupe.
Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, an interest in marketing and technology, problem-solving abilities, adaptability and a passion for innovation.
