Are you passionate about building a safer workplace in the construction industry? Power Construction, a leading company in the civil and building sector, is offering a 12-month NQF Level 4 Occupational Health and Safety Learnership opportunity based in Cape Town.
This programme combines accredited theoretical training with practical on-site experience—ideal for individuals with a technical background who want to pursue a career in health and safety.
Learnership Title: NQF4 Occupational Health and Safety Learnership
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
4 months of classroom-based theory in Cape Town
8 months of hands-on practical training at construction sites
Start Date: July 2025

Minimum Requirements:
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Have a Matric Certificate
- Hold an N6 qualification in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Be a South African citizen
- Be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

- Strong interest in the construction and health & safety industries
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Ability to communicate in an additional South African language
- Preference will be given to Employment Equity (EE/AA) candidates in line with the company’s transformation goals
