What You’ll Learn and Contribute:

As an intern at Nokia, you'll be immersed in real-world responsibilities that support the company’s HR operations. Your key contributions will include:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with data protection regulations
- Assisting in onboarding processes and coordinating induction schedules
- Managing benefits documentation and submitting to the People Care Partner
- Supporting payroll preparation and data collection
- Helping to develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
- Coordinating internal HR events aligned with Nokia’s employee engagement calendar
- Liaising with internal stakeholders on HR-related initiatives

Minimum Requirements:

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Knowledge of labour laws and their application in HR practices
- Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office, and HR systems/tools

Preferred Skills:

- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail in data entry and reporting
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with team members and stakeholders
