Internship Overview
The NAC is committed to contributing to youth development through workplace training. This internship will provide the successful candidate with hands-on exposure to various aspects of Human Resources Management, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with South African labour legislation.

Who Should Apply?
To qualify for this HR internship, applicants must:
- Be between the ages of 21 and 35
- Be currently unemployed
- Have a National Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field (minimum 3 years)
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field will be advantageous
- Have a basic understanding of South African labour legislation
- Be willing to sign an internship agreement upon acceptance
