The Modderfontein-based Human Resources Trainee position offers an excellent entry point for recent graduates eager to build a career in HR. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support across the employee lifecycle—maintaining personnel files, preparing presentations, and assisting the HR Services Team with events and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Trainee, you will ensure that all HR tasks are completed accurately and on time, from onboarding through exit processes. You’ll keep employee records up to date, support team events, and help create clear, engaging presentations for internal stakeholders. Your contributions will help the HR department run smoothly and maintain the high standards expected in a leading organisation.

Requirements & Qualifications

To qualify, you need a Grade 12 certificate and a tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology, or a related field. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to work reliably under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, as is a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
