Young South Africans looking to gain practical workplace experience in the call centre industry can apply for a 24-month Call Centre Internship Programme offered by Lulaway in Sandton.
The funded internship provides successful candidates with an opportunity to develop workplace skills and gain practical experience in a call centre environment. Interns will receive a R4,000 monthly stipend for the duration of the 24-month programme.

Who Can Apply?
Applicants for the Lulaway Call Centre Internship must meet the following requirements:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be between 18 and 28 years old.
- Reside in Alexandra, Midrand, Tembisa or Johannesburg CBD.
- Be available for the full 24-month internship programme.
- Be willing and able to work US or UK operating hours.
- Be available to start immediately.
Working Hours
Successful applicants must be available to work according to the operating hours assigned to them.
US hours: 16:00 to 01:00
UK hours: 10:00 to 20:00
Qualifications For The Call Centre Internship
The Lulaway internship is open to applicants who hold one of the following qualifications:
- Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing Support – NQF Level 4
- Business Analysis Support Practice – NQF Level 5
- Marketing or Advertising – NQF Level 4
- Office Administration – NQF Level 4
- Business Administration – NQF Level 4
