This graduate programme offers permanent positions within various retail and commercial banking business units. Graduates are placed in teams responsible for building and delivering end-to-end technology solutions — from architecture design and development to testing, implementation and systems management.
As part of the programme, graduates will:
- Work in a full-time role within a specific business unit.
- Participate in monthly training sessions.
- Complete an action learning project as part of their development journey.
