About The FNB Engineering And Technology Graduate Programme
The FNB Graduate Programme is designed to develop talented graduates who want to build careers in technology and engineering within the banking sector. Graduates are placed in specific business units across the bank’s retail and commercial banking divisions.
All positions offered through the graduate programme are permanent full-time roles. Graduates will work on developing and delivering end-to-end technology solutions, from system architecture and software development to testing, implementation and system management.
