This 23-month graduate programme offers hands-on experience in either the Client Services or Validations team, ensuring you gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in the financial services sector.

Programme Streams:

Client Services – The heart of Coronation’s personal investments business, providing exceptional service to investors, advisers, and walk-in clients. You’ll assist with product queries, resolve issues, support clients online, and maintain accurate records to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Respond to calls, emails, and client visits
  • Assist with retirement, life product, and unit trust queries
  • Guide clients on Coronation’s online services
  • Ensure compliance with FICA, FAIS, and data regulations

Validations – The team responsible for ensuring all client transactions are accurate, compliant, and secure. You’ll play a vital role in protecting client investments and maintaining regulatory standards.

  • Validate and process investment transactions
  • Check adviser applications and licensing
  • Confirm transactions directly with clients
  • Maintain digital client records and data integrity

Who Should Apply?

  • South African graduates with a completed bachelor’s degree in a commerce-related field
  • No prior work experience required
  • Strong client focus, integrity, and eagerness to learn
  • Basic digital literacy and MS Office knowledge beneficial
