What’s the Purpose of the Role?

This graduate programme is designed to expose you to various aspects of HR within a fast-paced FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment. Over the course of the programme, you'll develop your skills in areas like:

  • Talent Acquisition & Management
  • Learning and Development
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Culture and Change Management

Key Responsibilities

You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to real HR operations such as:

  • Assisting with the recruitment process
  • Supporting employee relations communications
  • Coordinating onboarding for new hires
  • Assisting with BBBEE & SOX audit preparations
  • Supporting the company’s learnership & graduate programmes
  • Administering training & maintaining HR records
  • Contributing to internal engagement and culture-building activities

What You Need to Apply

Minimum Requirements:

  • A BCom degree (Honours is advantageous) in one of the following:
    • Human Resources
    • Industrial Psychology
    • Labour Law or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • A willingness to learn and take initiative
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
