Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with professional and operational tasks, project support, and administrative functions within your assigned division
  • Conduct research, compile reports, and contribute to data analysis that informs business decisions
  • Support the development and implementation of solutions to address business challenges
  • Actively participate in team meetings, workshops, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders under the guidance of a supervisor
  • Keep detailed logs of completed work, learning milestones, and progress throughout the internship
  • Uphold professional conduct, confidentiality, and Cell C’s company values at all times

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must have recently completed or be completing a qualification in one of the following fields:

  • IT and Cyber Security
  • BSc in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • BSc in Cyber Security or Information Security
  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Information Security
  • Bachelor of Information Systems
  • BEng in Computer or Software Engineering
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Cyber Security
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)

Important: Applicants must not be registered for any academic programme in 2026, as they will be required to fully commit to the development activities of the graduate programme. Candidates must also be South African citizens (or comply with Cell C’s policy requirements).
