About The YES4Youth Internship Programme

I&J is inviting applications from motivated and unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34. This 12-month Work Employment Programme is designed to provide hands-on experience and practical workplace exposure at one of the company’s sites.

Please note: This opportunity is not a learnership.

Minimum Requirements

To apply for the I&J YES4Youth Internship Programme, candidates must have:

- A minimum of Grade 10 (Standard 8)
- Be unemployed
- Not previously participated in a YES4Youth Programme
- Not currently enrolled in any government-funded training programme

Documents Required

Applicants must submit the following documents:

- Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Stamped bank statement (not older than 3 months)
- SARS tax document (certificate or letter)
- Certified copy of highest qualification (not older than 3 months)
- Certified copy of ID (not older than 3 months)

Only applicants who submit all required documents will be considered.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will go through a recruitment process, which includes background checks such as criminal record screening, ID verification and qualification checks. Applicants will also be required to undergo a full medical examination at the I&J medical facility.
