About The Adcock Ingram YES Graduate Finance Programme

The Adcock Ingram YES Graduate Programme is designed to provide young graduates with meaningful workplace experience in a professional corporate environment.

Successful candidates will work within the company's finance division, gaining hands-on experience and developing the skills needed to pursue a long-term career in finance and business.

The programme is ideal for graduates who have little or no work experience and are looking for an opportunity to enter the job market.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the Adcock Ingram YES Graduate Finance Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) qualification or another relevant finance-related qualification.
  • Be a recipient of NSFAS funding.
  • Be between the ages of 18 and 35.
  • Be unemployed.
  • Have little or no previous work experience.
  • Meet the definition of "Black People" as outlined in the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) Act.
