The UI19 form is used by employers to submit particulars of their workers to the Fund's database. The UI 19 form needs to be submitted by the 7th of each month to update the funds database. The UI19 form needs to be filled in and submitted. You can submit the form by taking it to your nearest labour centre, faxing them or emailing it to [email protected].
