Answer

What Is A TVET College?

Technical Vocational Education and Training is also known as a TVET college.

"TVET colleges focus on vocational and occupational education and training with aim of preparing students to become functional workers in a skilled trade" as mentioned by the Western Cape Government.

TVET colleges fall under the national Department of Higher Education and Training.

Another great thing about TVET colleges is that they accept students who've completed Grade 9, 10, 11 or 12 at high school level.
