Which Modules To Choose For Unisa's BEd Course

If you're going to be registering for Unisa Bachelor of Education: Intermediate Phase Course, you might get a little confused when it comes to which modules to choose. Unisa has now offered some advice when it comes to this part of registration. 

If you're going to be registering for Unisa Bachelor of Education (BEd): Intermediate Phase Course, you might get a little confused when it comes to which modules to choose. Unisa has now offered some advice when it comes to this part of registration. 

Unisa BEd Intermediate Phase has compulsory teaching practice modules in each of the four years. You will then need to register the relevant Teaching Methodology in each year of registration with the applicable Teaching Practice module of the academic level.

For your second and third level, this means that you must select two modules from two of the teaching fields under the school subject group.

You will need to select two teaching fields.

Unisa also made it clear that Additional Language Teaching Methodologies are required in the fourth year of the curriculum and are compulsory to meet the requirements of the qualification.
