On 14 January 2022, the University of South Africa (Unisa) stated that it experienced technical difficulties with the Bachelor of Arts General registrations. Thankfully the matter has been addressed.
These students are informed that their online registration will need to be verified and processed manually by Unisa staff. According to the university, it will take a maximum of 2 to 3 weeks to finalize their temporary registrations.
Students who have not registered yet and would like to are welcome to do so as the university registrations will remain open until 24 January 2022.
New applicants or Unisa students who have applied for admission to a new qualification may only register once they have received an offer of placement from Unisa and have accepted the offer online.
Unisa’s registration process includes the following steps:
- Click here to visit the Unisa website.
- Find your qualification and choose your modules.
- Calculate your study and other additional fees.
- Click here to register now.
- Complete and submit your registration.
- Pay your study fees.
Once all these steps have been completed, you will be enrolled at the university.
