UCT Student Tests Positive For Covid-19

The University of Cape Town has reported that they now have five coronavirus cases to their name. This comes after three non-students associated with the University and one student of the University were found to be positive for Covid-19.

UCT has now confirmed it's fifth case.

The previous four cases that were found were that of three non-students and one student. The latest case was found in a student.

However, the difference in this case is that it was found in Kwazulu-Natal.

Required protocols are underway and the Health Department in KZN is engaging in contact tracing.

The country is currently under a 21 day lockdown and we as citizens are asked to respect the lockdown for the greater good of the country and to stop the spread of the virus.
