Who is your favourite teacher - and why?

The Western Cape Education Department is calling on learners to nominate teachers for special awards this year,as we celebrate 2017 as The Year of the Teacher.

Debbie Schafer,the Western Cape Education Minister,has introduced The Year of the Teacher Awards to acknowledge and celebrate teachers in the following categories:

Please ask your school secretary for copies of the nomination forms, or download from the web by clicking on the links above.

The nomination for ms w ill tell you how to submit your entries.

Deadline: 22 September 2017

The WCED will present the awards in November,when we present the annual Western Cape Teacher of the Year Awards.
