The Department of Higher Education has released their approved TVET calendar for 2022. This calendar has been prepared with consideration to the late release of results in Engineering Studies.

The Higher Education Department has released its approved TVET calendar for 2022. This calendar has had to take into account the late release of results in Engineering Studies.

National Certificate Vocational (NCV)

Term 1 
Term 1 consists of 49 lecturing days.

Classes start: 24 January
Classes end: 1 April
Supplementary Examinations: 21 February  - 16 March 
College closes: 1 April

Term 2
Term 2 consists of 44 lecturing days.

Classes start: 11 April
Classes end: 15 June
College closes: 15 June

Term 3 
Term 3 consists of 53 lecturing days.

Classes start: 04 July
Classes end: 16 September
14 Days for the Internal Examinations 
College closes: 16 September

Term 4 
Term 4 consists of 25 lecturing days.

Classes start: 26 September 
Classes end: 28 October
Life Skills & Computer Literacy (P2): 24 - 28 October
Examinations: 31 October – 30 November
College closes: 02 December

Semester 1 Term 1 
Semester 1 Term 1 consists of 49 lecturing days.
