The Matric exam remarking and rechecking process has been completed and the Department has now begun releasing the results.

All provinces, except Free State and Eastern, have released the results for these remarked and rechecked Matric scripts.

Free State and Eastern Cape will release their results later this week.

To get your results, you should check with the District offices where yo applied for the remark or recheck.

Viewing of scripts may only be done after a re-mark or re-check of results and you will need to apply to do this. You should head to the Distric Office to do this.

You will need to pay R234.

Individuals from the Matric Class of 2020 will only receive a new statement of results if their results have improved or if the pass status changes.

A re-mark means that your examination will be marked for a second time and a re-check of your scripts is a further check to ensure that all questions are duly marked and that all marks are correctly calculated.

Visit the Department's website for more information.
