The University of South Africa (Unisa) offers a variety of academic courses, from certificate courses to doctoral degrees with students from South Africa and other countries. Unisa is a comprehensive university and their courses range across a spectrum of disciplines, including Law, Education, Business, and the Arts.
Unisa semester 2 applications opened on 15 April and closed on 10 May. Now, the University has announced when those students whose Unisa semester 2 applications were successful, can register, including postgraduate students.
Unisa Semester 2 Registration Dates
Unisa announced the following:
Semester 2 registration for all honours degrees and postgraduate diplomas with semester modules to be open from 28 June to 19 July 2024.
This means that students will only have one and a half weeks to register. It's recommended that students prepare beforehand to make sure their Unisa registrations runs smoothly.

Click on 'Apply'

Under the qualification you applied for, click on the option which applies to you (First-time applicants or Returning students

Click on 'Apply for admission'

Scroll and click on 'How to apply' button

Scroll to the bottom and select the bubble next to status.

Fill in your details, such as your student number, and it should then show you what the current status of your application is. There should be an option for 'Track my status at Unisa'. Or it may be called 'Unisa Check My Status".

After accepting, you'll need to register and then you can consider yourself a student of Unisa.
