The University of South Africa (Unisa) has announced when it will open applications and registrations for its Short Learning Programmes (SLPs) for the 2025 academic year.

Unisa uses an Open Distance e-Learning (ODeL) approach to education. This means that students study from home and don’t attend any in-person classes. In recent years, the institution has also begun conducting its examinations online.

This status as an ODeL institution makes Unisa an ideal choice for many individuals regardless of their personal circumstances, work commitments, or lifestyle.
