Stakeholders Collaborate To Solve Acts Of Gender Based Violence

The Department of Social Development has shared that civil society groups, and government officials have come together at the Roots Café in Potchefstroom, North West Province, holding dialogues to address Gender-Based Violence and Femicide (GBVF).
The participants of these dialogues will deliberate on the speedy implementation of the Gender-based Violence and Femicide National Strategic Plan (GBVF-NSP).
The government extends condolences to families and friends of women who have suffered at the hands of men and has encouraged every South African to play a part in reporting perpetrators of GBV to their nearest police station.
