A learnership is a structured work-based learning programme that leads to a nationally recognised qualification directly related to a specific occupation, such as an accountant, construction worker, healthcare worker, IT technician, or motor mechanic. 

Participating in a learnership programme combines classroom-based learning with practical work experience, which is obtained while being employed in a company, government department, or by small business.

What is Training Force learnerships?

Training Force, a leading skills development provider, is offering a lifeline to young South Africans with its learnerships programme. The company is inviting applications from individuals aged 18 to 28 with a minimum of Grade 10 education.

The programme, open to both able-bodied and disabled candidates, aims to equip young people with practical skills for the workplace. Successful applicants will undergo a pre-training assessment before being placed in suitable learnerships.

Step 2: Enter Personal Details including Name, Surname, Age and Province

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address

Step 4: Indicate Whether you have a disability

Step 5:  Enter highest Grade Passed 

Step 6: Indicate what your current employment/student status 

Step 7: Select Field Of Study you are interested in

Step 8: Select your Certification you want to enrol in

Step 9: Click Submit
