As a Recruitment Consultant Your Duties Would Include
· Client acquisition and business development
· Building and maintaining relationships with clients by cold calling & networking
· Communicate regularly with clients to understand their recruitment requirements
· Advertise positions
· Attract ideal candidates
· Screen, Interview and shortlist candidates
· Amend /Format CV for the client and refer candidates to the client
· Conduct reference checks and give candidate progress update / final feedback
· Training/ Support and guidance will be provided where necessary
· Client proposals and presentations
· Building up a talent pool of good candidates
· Matric / Grade 12
· 5 years’+ experience agency recruitment role with a good track record
· HR degree / Diploma/ certificate would be beneficial
· Self-driven, focused, communicator with a sense of urgency
· Sales personality / People person
· Own laptop, mobile phone and stable wifi connection essential with the ability work remotely from home
Good commission is offered on ALL placements made by the Consultant.
