PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (FREE STATE REGION)

We herewith search for candidates who are qualified Personal Assistants to Executive Management in the Free State Region.
The position is temporary for three (3) months without any promise for permanent employment and thereafter month to month until the permanent vacancy is filled.
Minimum requirements:
3 year Diploma (*NQF Level 6) in Office
Administration / Frontline / Secretarial.
Three (3) years or more experience as an executive Secretary / Executive PA.
Highly proficient in MS Office
Excellent speaking and writing skills
Good command of English
Highly organized
Presentable and well-groomed
Good telephone etiquette
