As the Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customers with the highest level of service, taking bookings, supporting with organising appointments and liaising directly with customers. The role also involves collating data and passing this through to the correct people.
You will also be calling customers to check details and update the system and inform other departments of any issues.
No previous office experience is required, but you must have a mature attitude, be reliable and hardworking.
