• Oversee the route of field units and track delivery status of products
• Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner
• Fast typing skills
• Experience in data entry
• Pay Attention to detail
• Hands on experience working in stressful, emergency situations
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Providing pro-active solutions
• Multitasking and management of multiple orders and issues associated
• Ensure that all notes are being reviewed and taken properly
• Effectively communicate with the caller and dispatch team

• Salary: Market Related and commensurate with applicants past work experience and skill level

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Mathematics and Physical Science.
• Minimum of 3 years’ working experience as Dispatch Assistant/Manager.
• South African citizen or non-South African with permit
