Coping Methods To Deal With Matric Result Stress

We know what you are going through. The waiting is the worst part of the whole process, but there are ways to make things easier on yourself.

You can't predict what the future will hold for you, but you can control how you approach the waiting process.

Your best bet is to focus on what you can control, like your own well-being and how you will tackle the year ahead no matter the outcome.

You can occupy your time by doing something productive or relaxing, like reading a book or taking a walk. You can also go out with friends and family, who will help you take your mind off of your worries for a while.

  1. Make a list of things that you can do during your wait.
  2. Turn your waiting into a time of prayer and reflection.
  3. Talk to your family and friends about how you're feeling.
  4. Be patient and have faith that the outcome will be worth

In the meantime, it's important to focus on what you can control, focusing on what you can control, and taking actions that will lead to a better future.
