A job opportunity exists for a HR Graduate on a 12-month contract basis.

Working within the HR team, you will be responsible for providing HR Administration support to the Human Resources Function.

Job Functions Administration,Human Resources Industries Admin, Office & Support,Human Resources Specification

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with paperwork and processes to maintain accurate records of employees
• Maintain a filing system and files all documents in an orderly manner.
• Assist with capturing of data on HR database
• Taking notes in employee meetings as required.
• Assist with tracking of disciplinary and grievance information.
• Involvement in recruitment processes as required

• Provide administrative assistance with regards to general and ad-hoc hr projects and tasks.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
• Own reliable transport
• Excellent communication skills and be able to deal with confidential matters.

• As a member of the HR team, you are to be a team player, capable of using initiative with a strong ability to prioritise effectively.
