First-year registrations for all faculties were initially meant to start on 24 January 2022 and end on 29 January 2022. Returning student registrations for all faculties were meant to start on 27 January 2022 and end on 5 February 2022.

However, following a circular announced received from NSFAS on Tuesday, 25 January 2022 the University Management decided to postpone the commencement of registrations whilst awaiting funding decisions.

All self-funded students are reminded to note that they are required to pay a minimum fee of R2 200 prior to registration. This also applies to all non-NSFAS funded students.

The university has further stated that classes will start on 7 February 2022 and that prospective students will be notified of any further changes in schedule.

Students have also been encouraged to refer to the university’s registration guideline for any additional information relating to outstanding debt and registration fees.
