2025 applications are now open at the University of Johannesburg (UJ). At UJ, they commit themselves to leading, challenging, creating and exploring knowledge.

UJ offers a very wide range of course from diplomas to degrees to postgraduate courses. UJ also offers a wide range of online courses. These range from short courses to full certificates, continuing education programmes, degrees and postgraduate courses. 

How To Apply to the University of Johannesburg

  1. Go to the UJ website
  2. Click on 'Admissions + Aid' and then click on 'undergraduate'
  3. Click on 'New applicant Apply here'
  4. Fill in the required information
  5. Submit the relevant documents

Application is free so now application fee is needed.

How To Track Your Application

  1. Go to the UJ website
  2. Click on 'Admissions + Aid' and then click on 'check status'
  3. Log in with your details
  4. You will then be able to check your status

UJ is one of the largest contact universities in South Africa (SA) from the 26 public universities that make up the higher education system. 

Applications will close on 31 October.
