Requirements
Matric from 2008
- Matric Certificate or equivalent thereof
- AP score 25 and above (6 Subjects and Life Orientation)
- English level 4 (50-59%) and above
- Mathematic Literacy (50-59%) and above
- Life Science (50-59%) and above
Matric before 2008
- Matriculation Exemption or equivalent thereof
- M-Score 23 and above (A maximum of 6 subjects)
- English HG (50%, E symbol) and above or SG (60%, D symbol) and above
- Biology or Physiology HG (50%) and above SG (60%) and above
- Mathematics HG (40%) / SG (50%) or Commercial Mathematics SG (50%)
Higher Certificate in Auxiliary Nursing R169
Requirements
Matric from 2008
- Matric Certificate or equivalent thereof
- AP score 23 and above
- English level 4
- Life Science level 4
- Mathematic Literacy level 4
- Preference will be given to candidates with Computer Literacy Grade and Physical Science
Matric before 2008
- Matric Certificate or equivalent thereof
- M-Score 20 and above
- English SG (50%, D symbol) and above
- Biology or Physiology
- Preference will be given to candidates with Mathematics and Physical Science
Advanced Diploma in Midwifery R1497
Requirements
- Matric Certificate or equivalent thereof
- Diploma in Nursing (NQF level 6)
- Registered as a General Nurse at the South African Nursing Council.
Applications close on 1 August 2024.
The main campuses offer the Diploma in Nursing (R171) and Advanced Diploma in Midwifery programmes (R1497). The Higher Certificate in Auxiliary Nursing (R169) will be offered at the Eastern Campus, Dr JS Moroka, Pelonomi and Boitumelo sub-campuses.
