Value-Able Consulting is now seeking applications from candidates to join them as Accounting and Tax Trainees.

The employee is employed to manage and oversee the day- to- day functions of the firm including but not limited to:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading and supervising interns
  • Ensuring that all accounting processes align with GAAP and current financial legislation.
  • Analysing financial data and creating reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Assisting other departments to develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have financial impact on the business.
  • Prepare and review Annual Financials Statements.
  • Submit clients tax returns.
  • Perform all secretarial service to clients.
  • High level of efficiency and accuracy.
  • Keeping informed about the latest developments in the finance industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Accounting degree or Equivalent
  • 1-2 years working experience in an Accounting Firm.
  • Proficiency with computers especially bookkeeping software (Sage One, Pastel, Draft Worx and CaseWare) and MS Office
