What You’ll Do in This Role
As an HR Graduate, you will support the Human Capital team by contributing to a wide range of HR functions, including:
- Conducting research on HR trends to support the development of internal policies and frameworks
- Assisting with talent management activities aligned to the HR calendar
- Drafting and documenting HR processes using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding initiatives
- Coordinating performance management and employee engagement efforts
- Managing timelines effectively and delivering tasks on schedule

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the Sanlam HR Learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Previous experience in an HR-related role (internship or workplace exposure) is an advantage
