In their first year, graduates go through a comprehensive development programme aimed at equipping them with the skills they need to succeed.
This development programme includes: The future fit programme, designed to build the graduates business understanding, critical thinking, complex problem solving, general awareness as well as resilience. The graduates typically work on a business project and will present their solution to a panel consisting of some RMB Exco members
What you can look forward to:
- Accessing tailored learning and development.
- Attending monthly group coaching sessions and access to designated graduate coaches.
- Monthly group catch-up with the Young Talent team.
- Building a community through various engagements (virtual and in-person) with grad alumni.
- Access to Wellness Centre and Gym fitness programmes.
Characteristics of an RMB Grad
- Strong academic achievement throughout university
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Comfortable with change and agile
- Highly motivated and driven
- Involvement in extra-curricular activities (societies, forums, community work, tutoring, sports and culture)
- Able to network and build strong relationships
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree (Honours degree or higher) in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics
- Average of 65%
- Less than 12 months working experience
- South African citizen
- Programme must be attended in person in Sandton, Johannesburg (not remotely).
