About the HR Internship at Prestige Cosmetics

Key Responsibilities

As part of the internship programme, your duties will include:

•     Posting, updating, and removing job listings on various platforms
•     Screening resumes and managing candidate application forms
•     Coordinating and confirming interview schedules with candidates
•     Assisting with background checks and onboarding processes
•     Communicating interview feedback and responding to applicant queries
•     Addressing employee queries related to benefits and company policies
•     Assisting in organizing company events, career days, and team-building activities
•     Helping with the onboarding of new employees and maintaining employee records
•     Organizing HR documents and ensuring files are up to date
•     Promoting a positive work environment by acting as a culture ambassador in line with company values

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants should meet the following criteria:

•     A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
•     Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•     Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•     Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
