What You’ll Do
Over 12 months, you’ll:
- Complete the Sales Learnership Programme with theoretical and practical learning.
- Achieve revenue and volume targets as outlined in the Annual Operating Plan.
- Maintain a 100% customer call rate and 90% strike rate.
- Keep stales threshold rate below 0.5%.
- Secure new business per the Annual Operating Plan.
- Manage cash and stock, analyze reports for improvement, and drive vehicles efficiently.
- Adhere to company policies on sales, health, and safety.
- Maintain company assets like hand-held computers, vehicles, uniforms, and mobile phones.
Who Can Apply?
PepsiCo seeks motivated South African candidates for this opportunity. Requirements include:
- A 3-year Business/Commercial Tertiary qualification.
- A valid Code 10 driver’s license and Public Drivers Permit.
