Requirements

  • A valid certified copy of RSA ID document
  • A valid code 8 or 10 manual driver's license
  • Be able to drive a Crafter
  • An active bank account & SARS number
  • Certified copies of all certificates
  • A 3-year National Diploma or
  • Degree in Sales or Marketing
  • No experience required
  • Be willing to relocate

*Successful applicants will be expected to complete a learnership over 12 months. All learners embarking on this qualification will obtain 139 credits.

Screening

Applicants will go through a screening process and will be placed on a structured learning programme that includes theoretical and practical workplace experiential learning over a period of at least 12 months. On successful completion of this learnership, learners will have a sound understanding of marketing and brand management principles.

The programme builds practical competence in sales and negotiation skills, promotion techniques, optimisation of customer satisfaction, handling customer complaints, working in a sales and marketing team, and compliance and legislative considerations.

All candidates should be mobile to work at any of the following sites within their applicable region:

  • Inland Central: PepsiCo Park (Isando), Tshwane, Rustenburg, Vereeniging, Krugersdorp
  • Eastern Cape: George, Gqeberha, East London, Umtata
  • Inland East: Polokwane, Marble Hall, Tzaneen, Witbank, White River
  • Western Cape: Parow, Worcester, Hermanus, Epping
  • KwaZulu-Natal: Ladysmith, Pietermaritzburg, Bethlehem, Richards Bay, Pine Town, Durban Mill (Mobeni)
  • Inland West: Bloemfontein, Kimberley, Potchefstroom, Welkom, Vryburg
