Key Responsibilities
As part of the HR Internship, your duties will include:

Assisting with all administrative tasks related to Talent Acquisition

Managing documentation for pre-boarding and onboarding processes

Communicating with successful candidates

Assisting in assessments such as:

MIE Educational checks

Criminal record checks

Reference checks

Psychometric evaluations

Handling employment documentation, medical aid, pension forms, and union registration
Internship Requirements

Hold a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources (or equivalent)

At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition

Strong understanding of the recruitment and selection process

Knowledge of or interest in the FMCG industry
