About the Internship

Key Responsibilities

As part of the HR Internship, your duties will include:

  • Assisting with all administrative tasks related to Talent Acquisition

  • Supporting background checks and psychometric testing for new hires

  • Managing documentation for pre-boarding and onboarding processes

  • Communicating with successful candidates

  • Assisting in assessments such as:

    • MIE Educational checks

    • Criminal record checks

    • Reference checks

    • Psychometric evaluations

  • Handling employment documentation, medical aid, pension forms, and union registration

Internship Requirements

To apply for this exciting opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources (or equivalent)

  • At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition

  • Strong understanding of the recruitment and selection process

  • Excellent communication skills (fluent in English)

  • Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders

  • Knowledge of or interest in the FMCG industry

  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills

  • A proactive, service-oriented approach

  • Willingness to work flexible hours

  • Self-disciplined, results-driven, and highly motivated
