Corporate Health & Employee Benefits Internships

Momentum is now seeking applications from qualifying candidates for Corporate Health & Employee Benefits Internships. As an intern, you will work closely with an experienced corporate health specialist and employee benefits consultant, gaining comprehensive, hands-on experience in the overall corporate health and employee benefits support function.

Requirements

  • Business Management, Marketing or finance-related NQF 7 qualification/ BCom or BCom Honours degree (preferred)

Duties & Responsibilities    

  • Develop a deeper understanding of all aspects of corporate health and employee benefits.
  • Exposure to the Independent financial advisor market and the relationship with the Momentum distribution services.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for corporate health programs
  • Handle the processing of application forms and promptly engage with Financial Advisors/Practice staff upon receipt. 
  • Log appropriate activities, timeously (quotes and Financial Adviser engagements)  
  • Help gather and analyze data for corporate health and employee benefits.
  • Support the communication and promotion of initiatives for corporate health
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the corporate health function
  • Gain exposure in presentations and advisor engagements

Human Resources Internship

Momentum Insure in partnership with INSETA (Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority) seeks to appoint 1 (one) pro-active and dedicated individual as a HR Intern. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to be a part of the activities that form part of the full employee's lifecycle.

The successful applicant will enter into a 12-month Internship agreement (not an employment contract) with the company and receive remuneration of R6500.00 per month. The internship will run from 26 March 2025 to 28 February 2026.

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in relation to Human Resources or similar
  • Be between the ages of 18-25 years
  • Be currently unemployed
  • Have a clean criminal and credit record
  • Must be computer literate in MS Office (MS Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word)

IT Internship
