Sales Internship With Hyundai

Hyundai Automotive South Africa’s East Rand division, in partnership with Motus Corporation, is seeking two energetic, sales-driven individuals to join its pioneering three-month Hyundai Sales Academy. 

This fixed-term programme blends hands-on coaching, mentorship, and practical on-the-job training to equip trainees with the skills and confidence needed to excel in automotive sales.

As a Sales Academy participant, you’ll rotate through real dealership environments—gaining exposure to customer engagement on the showroom floor, understanding Hyundai’s full vehicle range, and learning best practices for service and parts upselling. 

Hyundai SA’s commitment to exceptional customer experience means you’ll work alongside seasoned sales executives, absorbing proven techniques for building client relationships and closing deals. 

By the end of the programme, successful trainees will be prepared to step into high-performing sales roles within Hyundai’s network of over 110 dealerships across Southern Africa.

Ideal candidates will hold at least a Grade 12 certificate and a valid driver’s licence; a tertiary qualification in sales or marketing and prior sales experience are advantageous but not essential. 

Most importantly, Hyundai is looking for individuals who demonstrate genuine passion for automotive retail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn. Comfort with basic computer tools will help you navigate Hyundai’s customer relationship management systems and reporting platforms.
