Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa operates a distinguished 24 month Graduate Program, known as the 'Next-Generation Graduate Program' catering to candidates from a range of academic backgrounds, encompassing fields such as Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Metallurgical), Human Resources, Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics.
This program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to acquire indispensable practical experience and professional training. The 'Next-Generation Graduate Program' will offer the successful graduate a permanent placement from the commencement of the program.
Responsibilities
POSITION DETAILS
Rotation between departments.
Responsible to run at least 1 departmental project per annum.
Leadership Development.
Social Responsibility
Team building & related activities.
Leadership Talks
Regular check-ins and reporting with Manager.
Complete various forms of training based on departmental needs.
Applicants are required to have successfully completed their applicable Bachelors Degree with an average pass rate of 65% or higher. Applicable fields of study are as seen below:
Mechanical Engineering
Chemical Engineering
Mechatronic Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Metallurgical Engineering
Human Resources
Supply Chain/Logistics
Applicants who have not yet concluded their studies will need to conclude in 2024 to be considered for this program.
Applicants need to be between the ages of 22 & 28.
Your application will only be considered complete if you attach ALL of the following documents:
Full CV
Copy of ID document
Copy of matric certificate
Copy of university academic transcripts
Qualification certificate where applicable
