At Citi, we value internal mobility, and career growth is not a question of if, but when. Citi South Africa is looking for Graduates to join our year-long Learnership Programme. The year-long programme provides exposure and practical work experience to newly qualified university graduates across various Citi businesses. Graduates are allowed to apply to permanent positions in the year and are also sponsored a postgraduate qualification during their year of work, relevant to their area.

As a graduate in Markets, you'll be immersed in the dynamic world of currency trading. Your responsibilities will vary depending on the specific firm and team you're working with, but here's a detailed overview:
1. **Market Analysis**: You'll conduct in-depth research and analysis on currency markets, including factors influencing exchange rates such as economic indicators, geopolitical events, and central bank policies. This involves staying updated on global news, economic data releases, and market sentiment.
