They have launched their graduate programme to provide meaningful & hands-on learning opportunities to qualifying graduates.
The BASF Graduate Development Program is a 24-month program designed to create future talent needs for the business units, the company, and the industry.
The development of the graduates in the programme follows the 70:20:10 Model of Learning which is based on three types of learning: Hands-on work and experience-based (70%), asking questions and interacting with fellow colleagues (20%), and formal classroom training (10%).
