The objective of the learnership program is to provide a learner with meaningful workplace experience in the maintenance, repairs, and operations of a company's facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Learnerships Available

  • Learnership for people living with a disability - Warehouse Distribution
  • Learnership for people living with a disability - Facilities Distribution
  • Learnership for people living with a disability - Environmental Sciences Distribution

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Certificate of disability (Medical Certificate from specialist)
  • Age between 18 and 35
  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in one of the following will serve as an added advantage:
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Environmental Management, Environmental Sciences
    • Facilities Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Industry knowledge will serve as an added advantage
  • Some working experience will serve as an added advantage
  • Must not have been part of any learnership previously
