This initiative provides young South Africans with practical exposure to the banking industry, specifically focusing on home loan sales and customer service enablement.

What You’ll Do

  • Participate in a structured 12-month learnership programme combining academic modules and on-the-job training.
  • Gain hands-on experience in home loans sales and service enablement.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Develop strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up capabilities.
  • Work collaboratively within a team, communicating effectively and professionally.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Exhibit a proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn.

Who Should Apply?

  • South African citizens or permanent residents aged 18-30 years.
  • Candidates with a completed Degree or equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies.
  • Applicants must be unemployed and not currently registered with any other learnership, internship, or educational institution.
  • Proficiency in English and computer literacy are essential.
  • Must be a team player, self-motivated, flexible, and eager to grow professionally.

Programme Details

  • Duration: 12 months (full commitment required to graduate).
  • Location: Hybrid role based in Cape Town.
  • Stipend: A Monthly stipend is provided to successful candidates.
