Applications for 2024 are now open at King Hintsa TVET College for Semester 2. This application period will close on 30 April. 

King Hintsa is a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution located in the Eastern Cape province. The college describes itself in its mission statement as “A rural TVET College that offers quality education and training that will equip our students with essential skills.”

How To Apply

Prospective King Hintsa students should apply by starting with the creation of an iEnabler account:

  1. Visit the King Hintsa ‘How to Apply’ page and click the orange ‘Apply Now’ button.
  2. Select ‘no’ on the first two prompts, and then read and accept the ‘Protection of Personal Information Act’ before clicking ‘Next.’
  3. Then, fill your information in each section marked with an asterisk (*). 
  4. Once you have filled in your information, you will be asked to create a pin. This pin will give you access to your iEnabler account, which is what you will use to complete your application. 
  5. After you have set your pin, complete your application. You should now have a new student number, and the pin that you created.
  6. You will then need to submit a Certified ID Copy, Certified Parent’s/Guardian’s ID Copy and your Latest Results/Report Card.

Now you will have to upload your documents as follows:

  1. Login to iEnabler using your student number and new pin.
  2. Click on the ‘Student Enquiry’ tab, then on ‘Certificates Seen.’
  3. Click on the ‘Load/View’ tab next to each document name to upload your relevant documents before logging out.

If you have applied before, you should then visit the campus and finalise your application. There is no need to do another application as you already have a student number.
